Morisetti was commissioned by Neoturis to conduct a SWOT analysis of the guest experience at the Lisbon Tile Museum (Museu Nacional do Azulejo), and to provide some initial suggestions for how the museum might improve the guest experience and grow its attendance.  Morisetti worked with Neoturis to develop a series of growth scenario options for the museum, in order to help evaluate the ability of the Museum to become an anchor for a new tourist destination in Lisbon.
