Whilst at ERA, Lesley Morisetti worked on a market and financial feasibility study for a mixed-use waterfront development adjacent to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, Egypt. The aim of the study was to identify the most compatible and economically viable mix of land uses in order to build on the Bibliotheca’s cultural heritage and reputation as a centre of learning.
