Pirinland Investments Ltd. commissioned ERA to undertake a market and financial feasibility study to support the development of a 70 hectare brown-field site in the town of Razlog, south of Sofia. Lesley Morisetti led the study, which researched the current supply of commercial entertainment, retail, hotels and residential real estate in the town and made recommendations for the best mix of land development for the site.
The findings of the study and recommendations were developed into a mixed use entertainment concept by Jack Rouse Associates (JRA) and ERA provided a financial assessment of the agreed concept.
