Chill Factore Chill Factore, an established indoor real snow centre in Manchester, was seeking to broaden its potential audience from a traditional ski and snowboard market to a broader leisure/day out market. Morisetti worked with the team at Chill Factore on the development of a new brand vision to support the brand positioning and ran a series of workshops to determine requirements for aligning the visitor experience with the new vision.
