Morisetti supported a private developer in assessing the viability of creating a new children’s play concept. The client was new to the attractions industry and the study involved interviewing existing children’s play operators to better understand location requirements, typical development costs and the typical operating model for midscale offers in the UK, identifying key lessons of relevance to the client. A workshop was held to review the client’s preliminary business plan in the context of competitor performance.
